The BWS weightlifting school welcomes kids and teens ages 9 to 15 on Saturdays from 10 to 11.30 am. They will learn weightlifting and develop coordination, flexibility, explosiveness, balance and concentration. All under the supervision of ADEPS-certified instructors at one of Belgium's best clubs.
